Did you include the bit near the top to scape extra metadata types? It may not actually know what the right labels for those are if you haven't.
Failing that, if you pop your (safe version! don't give me your passwords!) personal.ini in a comment in a <textarea style="width: 300px; height: 200px;"> </textarea> I can have a poke at troubleshooting when I've got a minute.
